I contacted them 2 times & they explained it should operate as Global transaction is enabled on it…I also educated which the web-site Aliexpress is just not accepting it expressing my financial institution declined the payment. But they might not give me any solution.i shed 500 rupees in that application..they blocked my account within the 2n
